Kolios owes its foundation to Dimitrios Kolios as he founded a small dairy producing center of kasseri cheese in Polykastro-Kilkis, near Thessaloniki. KOLIOS kasseri cheese soon met its initial success all over Northern Greece. Today, Kolios is considered to be a leading manufacturer of traditional Gree dairy products.
